Ritu is a smart, result oriented, Subject Matter Expert with more than 18 years of experience in Learning & Development. She has been responsible for managing the entire gamut of Training and development across organizations like Teleperformance INDIA, CBS, HCL, Pinnacle, AEGIS, HUTCH, Centum Learning( for Bharti Airtel ) & GLOBAL ACT which includes conceptualizing, planning, developing and implementing learning solutions and organizational development initiatives. Presently she is heading as Head Business Operations & is a Founding Member of INNER TRUTH CONSULTING SERVICES. She is also an active member of CII- IWN- Delhi Chapter. Her expertise lies in identifying organizational needs, designing Training content, handling team and stake holders. She is also responsible for the execution of Training programs with tangible results. She determines Training requirements by studying sales/ service and marketing strategic plans and current business results; conferring with sales/ customer service executives; reviewing results of trainer’s coaching; evaluating Training effectiveness etc. In the leadership role, her focus areas are developing team members, empowering stakeholders with knowledge & taking care of talent growth and development, creating an environment that drives positive performance in the organization. She has unified experience in business operations, Sales, Training combined with team building, business development, administration, governance and implementation skills. She has deep understanding of Transition, which is spread between the Handover, Startup, Manage and Exit phases. She has successfully Transitioned processes like MCI WorldCom, AT&T, First Choice, and Home Shop. She also played an important role in setting up BPO’s like Intellicom, Pinnacle BPO and Aegis for both Vodafone & Airtel accounts. She also supported Aegis team while the Organization acquired Bharti Teletech & Global Vantage. She is well versed and experienced in managing Call centre Operations, Training & Transaction Quality functions effectively. She also excels in End to end Key account & Project Management including contractual agreement creation, standardization of processes basis terms and performance management basis the various agreed SLAs on floor and with Clients for both International & Domestic business.
