What began as Pooja’s journey towards building a non-profit organization after college and volunteering for social causes soon evolved into a blooming Art start-up, The Happiness Factory. She realized that money is quite essential for basic survival and took art one step forward by working on notebooks, magnets and badges that went out with printed art. Eventually, she fell in love with the process of how art can have a cheerful effect on people and wanted to explore further. She began posting product pictures online and hosting pop-up stalls at numerous events through which she created visibility for her brand and garnered quality interactions from the art-loving crowd and the retail industry. This opened gates to new experiences and lessons about Entrepreneurship. The Happiness Factory products are currently being retailed at various stores in Chennai. We will soon be seeing a lot more of stores across India selling out Pooja’s creations. Apart from this, The Happiness Factory has one key motive of spreading Happiness. She has managed to include volunteering as a part of this brand, working on projects related to art for Social causes with people who would love to make a difference.

With her volunteering experience and exposure to social media, she has learnt that sharing quality content, which influences and lights a fire in people, to explore life is very important. This has inspired her to create content on The Happiness Factory’s social media accounts, that will make people believe in their dreams and follow what their heart truly desires.
