Pat specialise in helping women at mid-life to achieve their goals. I am passionate about inspiring women to live the best possible life. Using NLP, positive psychology and hypnosis, I work with clients to make long lasting and effective change. I am an expert in helping women to control menopause symptoms.
My clients are often surprised at how quickly they start to feel better as they let go of the thoughts and patterns that have been holding them back. I tailor the therapy to the individual and the specific issues that they are experiencing. Most of my clients come from referrals from clients and other therapists.
I am an experienced public speaker who delivers courses and workshops on a range of wellbeing subjects.My goal is to help people to discover easy to follow, practical techniques that they can use to improve their lives and their performance. I help organisations to improve the well-being of their staff. Workshops can range in length from 30 minute tasters to whole day sessions depending on the requirements of the organisation.
In 2012, I published the award-winning book, “Hot Women, Cool Solutions; How to control menopause symptoms using mind/body techniques.” The book is like having a knowledgeable friend who can help you discover a positive approach to menopause using NLP and other techniques’. In 2013 I published ‘How to Survive Her Menopause; A practical guide to women’s health for men’. In 2014 I published ‘Cool Recipes for Hot Women’ with leading nutritionist, Jenny Tschiesche
