Olla Shimbereva

Olla is a true citizen of the world- she was born in Moscow, grew up in New Zealand, lived in Australia and Thailand, studied in Germany and Spain, currently residing in Berlin. She speaks 4 languages and is passionate about intercultural communication and diversity management, collaborating with various interculturalists around the world and consulting companies about global mobility and diversity management.Being a true TCK, she understands the danger of a single story where stereotypes, misconceptions and cultural misunderstandings take place and it had become her mission to spread the knowledge around the world. In addition to that, she is immensely interested in entrepreneurship and start up ecosystem, and is currently working with Monique Blokzyl in Business Launch Portal, helping entrepreneurs from all over the globe toachieve their dream and launch their own business.
