The greatest journey in life is the discovery of our own passion and purpose. Our founder and Managing Partner Nikki Bell’s passion is to inspire businesses to invest into people’s lives and talents allowing for organic growth.
Over the past 17 years, she has been influencing companies growth by being transformational not transactional through leadership, brand and business development, marketing and operational insights. Nikki is the founder and Managing Partner of 4Cast Solutions. She is the honored recipient of multiple awards including Educator Innovator of the Year from the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. Nikki is a contributing author to the National Mortgage Professional Magazine and is a John Maxwell Certified speaker and trainer. She obtained a B.A.S in Organizational Leadership from Mercer University.
