Navya Kaul

Two years of experience working with the J.E.E.T- The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of her college, Navya has been at both sides of the spectrum- a team member as well as a team leader. While working with a set of young college women, she has been able to understand and experience the discrimination faced by women in terms of restricted mindsets and predefined gender roles in a corporate setting.
A business development enthusiast, she has also been an active participant in various events in college and Delhi based NGO Umeed working towards providing quality education for slum children.
