Natasha Bonnevalle

Natasha is a partner with THNK School of Creative Leadership. She is excited to be building an organization with an important mission: to develop and support creative leadership around the world with the purpose to resolve large societal challenges.

Natasha is leading THNK’s Corporate Leadership Programs, working at the interface of business strategy and personal leadership. She is involved in several projects aimed at increasing gender equity in leadership.

Her recent work experience includes being Head of Organization Development at Jones Lang LaSalle in Asia-Pacific, Organization Leadership Consultant at IBM in Asia-Pacific and Strategy Consultant at McKinsey. She has lived and worked in France, Japan, Singapore, and Turkey.

Natasha is a certified Integral Coach, holds an MSc in Molecular Biology and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher and a certified Enneagram Practitioner. She is currently living in the Netherlands with her husband and three children.
