Natalia graduated from Moscow State University of International Relations with Honor, has a PhD degree in Modern History. She is Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation.She was employed by UNESCO (Paris) and The United Nations (New York) as an international civil servant. During the “perestroika” Natalia worked with the governmental mission of building bridges between the new Russia and Western European institutions. In 1991 she joined FD Group of Companies – the first private operator for commodities export/import operations in Russia – as the Vice-President for Development and Investments; and was consulting a number of multinational and European companies interested in the Russian market. In 1994 she founded “KLEPA” Publishing and Production Center specializing in children’s periodicals, documentary and animation production, media communication and mass entertainment. Natalia is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, vice-president of the All Russia Businesswomen Organization, International Federation of Journalists, Guild of Press Publish, and Center for National Glory of Russia, the Academy of Patronage; she served for two terms the international Board of IWF (International Women’s Forum). She is a member of the Commission on Development of Public Diplomacy in the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. Successfully combining business, lobbying and philanthropic activities she has many honors and public decorations for her contribution to Education and Cultural programs and search for innovative social entrepreneurship.
