Namrata Sureka

Mrs. Namrata Sureka, W/o Mr. Pradeep Sureka, has done her Graduation from Loreto College, Kolkata. She is the Director of A. P .Credit Pvt Ltd, a Real Estate Company in Kolkata. She is the Founder Trustee of ‘EkTara’, an NGO to facilitate the women, girls and children of the Slum areas of Topsia & Tiljala in Kolkata, providing Education & Livelihood skills to empower them to be self sufficient. She is also the Vice President of Ladies Study Group, the ‘Ladies Wing’ of ‘Indian Chamber of Commerce’, with the objective of spreading awareness and knowledge through organising events on women empowerment, to give women a greater sense of self-esteem on social issues, and undertake social welfare projects. Being the President of Padatik, Kolkata, one of the premier institutions in the field of the performing arts in India, especially in Theatre and Dance, she is also the Trustee of ‘Anantara’, a group of women friends promoting Indian cultural heritage through specially designed events in the form of Performing Arts like Dance, Theatre, Music & Art.
