Nadine O. Vogel is the Chairman & CEO of The WIP Group, LLC, Springboard Consulting LLC, and DisAbility Mama & Co., LLC; all global companies working with national and multinational corporations, and women around the world. The WIP group empowers women on a global platform. Springboard Consulting’s mission is to successfully mainstream disability in the global workforce, workplace and marketplace, and Springboard also produces the world-renowned Disability Matters Conference and Awards. Lastly, DisAbility Mama celebrates, honors, empowers, encourages and educates moms and other caregivers of children who have special needs.
Prior to being the founder of these companies, Nadine held a variety of executive positions in both Corporate America and the non-profit sectors.
Vogel is the author of DIVE IN, Springboard into the Profitability, Productivity and Potential of the Special Needs Workforce, a highly acclaimed must-read business book. She is a regular contributor to Profiles in Diversity Journal, Diversity MBA Magazine and Diversity Executive Magazine, and has authored articles and has been featured in many other professional, industry and consumer publications, is the subject of multiple Harvard University case-studies, and co-developer of international university curriculum. Nadine is also recognized as a powerful informational, motivational and inspirational speaker. Recognized for her civic and professional activities, she has received numerous awards and accolades.
Vogel received an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA and a BS in Industrial Psychology from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. She is the mother of two adult daughters with disabilities, and resides in South Florida with her husband
