Monica Suri

Monica Suri brings to the table her vast repertoire of running and managing highly successful hotels and has an extensive experience of more than 15 years in the hospitality industry.
Spearheading the largest room inventory property in the state of Rajasthan, she is responsible for the associates’ elicit performance, culminating fine guest experience and achieving vision of the hotel. She is committed to provide strategic leadership expertise that ensures effective and efficient overall management at the hotel.
Prior to joining Jaipur Marriott, Monica was the General Manager at the Le Meridien, Kochi. She started her career with Taj group of hotels in F&B operations followed by an extensive 10 years stint with Starwood (now Marriott) group during which she held various positions like Head of Training, Cluster Director of HR, Hotel Manager before she moved to Kochi as General Manager. Monica believes in achieving results through people by keeping them highly motivated which helps them reach at their best potential. She believes that leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.
Monica is a highly enthusiastic person who finds herself fearless, rather excitedly attracted to challenges. She harnesses this ability by working-in for well-being through her Yoga way of life. At leisure, Monica travels and blogs about her experiences to share her travel stories and inspire other women travelers. She is a firm believer that traveling is not just seeing the world, but rather experiencing it.
