Happy to introduce about myself. Sometimes it is hard to introduce yourself because you know about yourself so well that you don’t know where to start with. I hope that my impression about myself and your impression about me are not so different. Here it goes.
I am a person of positivity at every aspect of life. I dream many things to do, to see, and to experience. I like to read, I like to write, I like to think, I like to dream and listen. I especially like to smile and hug which comes from others love on me.
Seeing deeply into my passion. I am coming from a middle class family and completed my master of engineering. Before graduating I got married to a lovely human in this earth. Life was beautiful as a daughter, but as a daughter in law, I should face many ups and downs. God gave me an opportunity to handle many situations. I believe that “Failure is a stepping stone to success”.
As 25 years young one could not able to mould me to the situations, happening around me. But still my partner gave me the guts to face all the problems, as “sun rise comes by pulling the darkness”, from this beautiful words my vision on my passion started.
I panned to give my efforts, to follow the successful path. My life partner taught me to go behind my passion.
Thus the first step I placed was very strong which came from my honesty with lots of efforts and dilemma. We decided to start a play school. But the first hurdle was the total step up and session was different. I decided to learn more, and I did more field work on it and days turned out and finally we were well planned to execute all our ideas. I felt this is my dream school and, I am going to enjoy my job. There was many dedicate things which I have planned to learn from kids, and in turn to teach, which made the path way of understanding. And yes I got the basic knowledge of business and heading towards that.
At the first time we got 50 admissions and the next proceeding year it doubled up. And still my thirst of passion was not fulfilled and finally with all my investment I started my primary school. And by god’s grace we got 140 children and my thought and the view towards my society changed.
Again something was rolling inside me making to search more about kids and activity involving them, there I came to know more about the need for special children and that was the thing which totally changed my mind set to a different scenario. With all the data’s which I collected I approached different therapist’s, we started the admission and therapy classes for those children’s and finally it turned into an inclusion school (both normal & special need children learn together).
I gave admission in different standards in different criteria of special needs LIKE AUTISM, ADHP, physically challenged, learning disability etc. I was totally surprised and shocked to see that day by day the count of special children reaching my school increased. When I was seriously searching about this in nearby schools, therapy centres, hospitals, there was not enough knowledge about this to the parents and the society.
So that was my turning point in life to do something for the future generation. Then I started inclusion programs, therapies, Montessori way of teaching and activity based learning and lot more.
And successfully my fourth year with these children is so heart-warming. To accompany these children we have an occupational therapist’s, special educator speech therapists in our school environment. And my thirst towards my passion was filling now. With this happy note and want to make a comma that these success and care towards the children will continue…………
