Look Up – Link Out and Leap Forward
The need to provide targeted training, coaching and mentoring is rapidly rising. We live in a world portrayed by challenging national and international trends of continuing austerity; frozen operating budgets; dynamic political contexts; international pressures of globalization. In the midst of challenges there are also opportunities, but only a few have access to them. Only a small percentage of women have the capacity to navigate through the complex maze to find their place. Through a presentation entitled “Look Up – Link Out and Leap Forward”, I will explore ways to empower women to maintain a balance, and to connect with their purpose through coaching, mentoring, consulting and training in order to be fully engaged in innovation and to achieve success, regardless of their current station in life.
