Lokesh Nathany is the Co-founder of DiSRUPPt Thinking. DiSRUPPt is a platform for companies and individuals to DiSRUPPt their current, to enable, inspire and empower them to Master the POWER Within and unleash POSSIBILITIES.
He has a successful track record of over 22 years in leading financial services company viz. Franklin Templeton, HDFC AMC, ICICI Prudential AMC, Development Credit Bank, Motilal Oswal AMC and Karvy in various leadership and management roles. He was the head of sales & business development for India & Middle East market for both Mutual funds and Portfolio Management Services at Motilal. He was instrumental in expanding the markets for Mutual Funds, ETF and Portfolio Management Services through education by doing various workshops across the length and breadth of the country. He helped raise awareness and trained more than 10000 people both in India and Middle East markets.
Lokesh is a Certified Life Coach from Erickson International Coaching under the aegis of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from Financial Planning Standards Board, India (FPSB). He has also successfully completed his one year Senior Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC).
He has contributed regularly with his Simple, easy to understand articles in all the leading English newspapers and magazines. He was also the experts voice on business channels like CNBC, Bloomberg UTV and CNBC AAWAZ.
With over 2 decades of experience in banking and finance, Lokesh is now working towards DiSRUPPting peoples’ life and work to bring “Change” for a better tomorrow. He has conducted workshops and given talks on various subjects like – How to make your money work, My Life My Dreams, Celebrate Failure, Commitment, Communication, Motivation, Networking, Interpersonal skills, Entrepreneurship, Customer service and Business etiquettes. He believes in creating customized need based solutions. He loves to host programs and events and his knowledge, sense of humor and ability to connect with people makes him a natural Host.
