Linda Aines

Linda Aines is the Owner of Aines International, which is an international Recruitment/Head Hunting firm based in South Pasadena, Florida. Aines International’s clientele includes many of the worldwide organizations/firms that operate in the “International Development” sector, that develop and implement humanitarian projects in developing countries. They sub-contract with her to find the experts or program managers needed to manage their projects which include poverty alleviation, global health, agricultural development, legal reform, education, democracy building, disaster management, etc… She is well known for her knowledge of the International Development sector and for her networks of consultants which now stretch across the globe. Since 1994, she has also served as short term Business and Marketing consultant for projects in Afghanistan, Africa, Bosnia, Russia, the Caucasus, Central American and the Caribbean. She is a Professor Emerita at the University of Vermont (UVM), after a 19-years career as Associate Professor, Community Resource Development specialist and International Business specialist at UVM, and 3 years as Financial Aid Director at the College of St. Joseph in Vermont, and 5 years at the University of Hartford, in Connecticut. She holds an MBA degree from the Ohio State University.
