Pulane Mphatsoe is a Clinical Psychologist and Public Health Specialist currently employed at the Ministry of Health in Lesotho under the Mental Health Programme. Her roles include programme planning and policy development as well as the provision of psychotherapeutic and psycho-diagnostic services for the Basotho population. For the past 10 years, Pulane has run a Clinical psychology consultancy that focusesn on wellness and psychotherapeutic/psychodiagnostic services. She is passionate about Mental health and recently founded an NGO called ‘ACTION FOR MENTAL HEALTH ‘ whose mission is to increase access of Mental Health services for Vulnerable groups in Lesotho. With her untameable passion for Mental Health, she hopes to carry out several initiatives in the near future that involve improving Mental Health needs of Vulnerable groups in Lesotho. Pulane is also a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow, which is a leadership programme initiated by President Obama to empower Young African Leaders. She continues her Mandela Washington Fellowship experience as a Regional Advisory Board member for Southern African Region for the year 2017.Malerotholi Khoabane
An Accountant with a wide range of experience in preparation, analysis of financial statements, budget processes, financial reporting and banking procedures and Development Sector exposure including but not limited to; PEPFAR, DFID, IRISH AID, EU, WORLD BANK as well as GLOBAL FUND. Prior to joining Lesotho Boston Health Alliance, ‘Malerotholi held various positions in other organizations. She worked at Phela Health and Development Communications holding a position of Finance, HR and Admin Manager. Maseru Private Hospital where she was an accountant and the now called Standard Lesotho Bank holding various positions in Branches Banking, Finance department as well as Corporate Banking Division. ‘Malerotholi holds a Diploma in Business Studies which she obtained in 1999 at Lerotholi Polytechnic. She furthered her studies at the Centre for Accounting Studies in Lesotho receiving the Technician Accountant in 2002 and is a member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants. She is currently pursuing her final year of Master’s degree in Business Administration General (MBAG) with the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA). In addition, she is the Country Winner 2015/16 for the Most Influential Women in Business and Government in the Health and Welfare Sector. Lesotho Chairperson at ALL Ladies League (ALL), Advisory Executive Council Member of Women Economic Forum (WEF), Executive Consultant at Indigo Consulting Services in Lesotho and a servant at heart passionate about helping other people in different life avenues with special interest in inspirational speaking to empower women, youth and community at large to unleash their full potential. Sebueng has rich experience in managing and leading business operations in medium-large-sized organizations including multi-funded international NGOs and private organizations. She provides accommodation with shuttle services to tertiary students in Maseru, Lesotho – new concept in this business sector. Her consultancy services are mainly focused on capacity building to include: development of operational policies, rules and regulations for organizations/companies and provision of emotional and financial intelligence to all human categories as well as organizations/companies to optimize their functionality, efficiency and effectiveness. Sebueng holds B.Comm. (Accounting) and is currently pursuing CIMA professional qualification.
