Julia Milligan

Julia Milligan is Chief Financial Officer of The Clothing Bank, a social enterprise in South Africa which works primarily with unemployed women to empower them to become financially and socially independent through a holistic enterprise development programme. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in business and academia. She has worked in both the corporate and small business sector and lectured at the University of Cape Town and the University of Hertfordshire, England. She is passionate about using economic empowerment at a grassroots level to eradicate poverty at a micro and macro level.
