Joas Santos Lucas

Joao Santos Lucas is an international management consultant, CEO of Mediplano, Portugal, with extensive work in Europe, Asia and Africa. He has been a consultant of United Nations WHO, The European Union and the Council of Europe. As an academic at the New University of Lisbon he was a pioneer on equity, gender issues and health beahavior. He has also been a founder and board member of a Foundation related to AIDS. He has worked in Singapore and China for more than ten of the most recent years.
