Jenny Ottaway

With over 20 years in the Information Technology sector, Jenny has built her successful sales career through relationship building, collaboration, negotiating complex deals and networking to achieve high-powered results. Her grit and determination to flourish in an often complex technical environment has seen her learn and grow tremendously in her career.
Using her experience gained in management positions of helping others be the best they can be, Jenny runs her own company The Foundation of YOU, an empowerment and resilience coaching service. Jenny particularly helps women who have recently experienced a breakdown in their situations, who are struggling against adversity and she helps them to come out the other side, stronger and more resilient.
She is the creator of the series “The Adventures of Podium Girls”, which features women who aren’t afraid to express themselves; who seek out metaphorical “raised platforms” or podiums to stand out from the crowd; who want to be the best that they can be; who are strong, persistent, passionate and wanting to live their best life and who aren’t shy about asking for help, they know strength lies in connections to others and the safety net that provides.
Jenny has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Emory University, Atlanta, GA, USA.
