Jennifer Kearney

Jennifer Kearney is the founder of Gotham 360 LLC, oversees day-to-day operations, including new business development for her full-service energy management consultancy firm located in New York City’s financial center.
Before founding Gotham 360, Kearney served as the Director of Energy Programs for New York Presbyterian, managing a $70+ million energy procurement portfolio that included power, natural gas, renewable energy, and all distillate fuel oils. Kearney was responsible for the development and construction of a 7.5 megawatt gas turbine combined heat and power system, the first of its kind to interconnect with ConEdison’s Manhattan grid and run in synchronous parallel.
Kearney’s efforts resulted in over $11 million in annual savings for New York Presbyterian, with her work being nationally recognized by the EPA as an Energy Star Partner of the Year in the “Sustained Excellence” category. During her tenure, Kearney was also involved in the development of two LEED rated buildings, including one certified “Gold,” making it one of only six LEED Gold healthcare buildings in the country.
