After working 12 yrs in corporate sector,
In 2009 With a specific goal for mission based work joined Destiny foundation as a part time volunteer with little knowledge of Humen Trafficking.
Gradually Through close interaction , developing trusting relationship with the survivors’ came to know the harsh reality,and was shocked to see the brutality ,the sufferings of the minor victims in the bond of sexual slavery. Over the period got struck with the mission of Destiny foundation to freed the victim from enslavement. Presently leading the community development centre in the red light district at munshigange, creating alternative dignified path of living for the women in prostitution and the high risk adolescence .Train them with different skills like stiching ,machine sewing and basic functional literacy.After training provide employment in the social business arm of Destiny foundation for dignified earnings. IN 2015 earned fellowship as ‘Women Leaders of the world’ from Global Women Leadership Network -USA
