Security has in the emerging network society and increased global competition vulnerability increasingly come to focus on security, jobs and predictability. We have gone from a form of state security to a more individual-based human security. The issue of fairness is not the same as before if primarily material distribution issues but increasingly also about rights and that people should have equal opportunities to life chances and social mobility. The development of society places on social cohesion and social sustainability facing major challenges. Societal increased complexity of the questions and the global challenges facing society is about to force a changed view of power and its exercise. Exercise of power begins to increasingly become a question of power to anything rather than power over anything. The concept of co-creation describes an approach that seeks equal power relations. A sustainable social change requires not active and courageous leadership. My leadership stands for compassion, courage, and action. I know how I will contribute to rewrite the rules when it comes to sustainability, equality and service delivery.
