Hilda is biracial and multi-lingual. She is a female empowerment coach, spiritual healer, teacher, author and public speaker.
Over the past decade she has supported hundreds of women to transform their lives personally and professionally.
The organisations she has worked for include the British Red Cross, where she campaigned to ban landmines, Microsoft in India and the Ministry of Social Development in New Zealand, where she helped to establish a pet therapy programme for young people in youth justice residences.
More recently she has worked with terminal cancer patients in hospices, in residences with people with learning disabilities, with prisoners in mental health hospitals and with veterans experiencing PTSD.
Hilda is a trained mental health awareness and first aid trainer and will be working much more within schools and the corporate world in 2020 focusing on teaching strategies to reduce anxiety and depression.
