Ms. Heema Sharma’s mission is to develop a system where children can learn better when the curriculum and instructions are inclusive in design and implementation to accommodate the diversity of learners. She is a highly accomplished professional with the ability to identify growth opportunities and manage operational matters within the organization. She has been conducting workshops for POCSO. She always believed in inspiring and motivating children to discover their latent talents. She excelled in all fields be it academics, sports or an extra-curricular pursuit. She has 29 years of progressive experience and accomplishments as a teacher and administrator at Senior Secondary level education. With an experience in organizing program, taking initiatives, optimizing the learning atmosphere, staff development and promoting a safe environment. She has a proven record for exceeding the organizational goals through effective internal and external communication and by maximizing the student learning experiences. As a founder Principal of JPIS, she has steered the Principalship from 1998 in GMT Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana, her dedication towards her profession was appreciated by Ex. Chairman CBSE Mr. Vineet Joshi and she was felicitated by his goodself. Her excellence in leadership skills were appreciated by the CEO of India TV Mr. Rajat Sharma.
