Emma Elizabeth Perales Vega has taken Training at the level of Doctorate studies in Government and Public Policies, Master in Governance, Professional Degree in Public Accountant, Bachelor of Economic Sciences, and at the level of Higher Institute, Journalist-Public Relations.
Experience in Public Management, in different ministries, projects and programs of the Peruvian State, extensive knowledge on Management and subsequent Control regulations, with favorable results, in the Administration bodies as in the Line Bodies, related to the ministries in which they lend services.
Knowledge of Public Policies, growth and development of countries, especially in Latin America and the Caribbean.
My professional career in the Peruvian State, I provide satisfaction and breadth of criteria to manage, direct and advise the Public Management systems, and areas of line in multiple portfolios of the Public Sector.
I have participated in the processes of Modernization and Decentralization of the State.
Knowledge and experience in the National System of: Post Management Control.
