Dr. Efrat Feniger, Ph.D., Owner at EF Consulting, a boutique firm offering businesses and organizations the opportunity to advance their business goals through research and strategic development services. Efrat brings an array of skills from 18 years of US-based experience with major US companies and leading firms. She brings a culture of quality service to organizations, ensuring improvement in performance and customer satisfaction. Her management consulting expertise includes conducting global customer experience research projects for building customer loyalty to impact business performance.
Efrat completed her Ph.D. in Los Angeles, California for which she was awarded the Outstanding Dissertation Award. Her dissertation focused on Management Practices and Business Performance of Women Entrepreneurs. Efrat is now dedicating her new consulting venture focusing on advancement of women and children’s causes worldwide. She is pursuing working in collaboration with international women’s organizations and foundations which assist women in education, business and workforce development, and campaign for women’s equality and welfare. She has worked with companies and organizations around the world, so she can help achieve goals that affect women’s causes worldwide. As a female businesswoman herself, she is personally firmly committed to promoting the advancement of women in all facets of life.
