Effie Kli

Effie Kli is a UK-based High Performance and Life Coach who helps business professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs optimise their performance, develop a win-win mindset, excel in leadership and become the ultimate creators of their career and life. She delivers one-to-one and group coaching, as well as corporate workshops and talks. Her background is in corporate communications, having delivered PR and marketing for some of the world’s leading brands.
She is the presenter of the weekly show ‘Let’s Get Real’, where she interviews top experts and dives deep into interesting topics about business and life. She is a public speaker and a mentor to young women and girls who want to find their independence and live a fulfilling life. Effie is a mental health advocate, raising awareness of suicide and its prevention, as she is very passionate about it following her mother’s suicide when she was a child. Her mission is to educate individuals and organisations on how empathy, courage and embracing failure are the guaranteed paths to happiness, impact and success. Effie has a Bachelor degree in English Language & Literature and a Master’s degree in Public Relations & Communications.
