Dr. Meenakshi Khemka

A doctorate from IIT Delhi, Dr. Khemka is an expert in the area of Organization Behavior and Organization Development. She has about two decades of teaching and training experience with premier institutes in Delhi and West Bengal. She is the Founding Editor of Globsyn Management Journal.
Her most recent paper, titled “A New Approach to Motivation – Four Drive Model” (Taylor & Francis, International Journal for Human Behaviour in Social Environment) talks about the four generic drives that people have and how they affect human behaviour. She is currently working on a review for the book “Doing Fieldwork in China”.
Dr. Khemka has rich experience in conducting training and development programs in both indoor and outdoor formats. She believes in capacity building and has successfully steered programs in identifying and developing talent.
She is a Certified Practitioner of the Art and Science of Neuro-Linguistic Programming certified by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and also a Certified Psychometric Assessor from Chally Worldwide
