Cmdte. Luís Esteves

Luís Esteves began his career in the Air Force, where he joined in 1981, having instructed and piloted several military aircraft.
In 1988 he embraced the career of Commercial Aviation Pilot at TAP, having operated Boeing aircraft and all Airbus models of the Company’s fleet. He has been a commander since 1999 and has been simultaneously a flight instructor and flight inspector since 2007. Luís Esteves was also Chief of Fleet A330 / 340 between 2009 and 2015. He is currently Director of Flight Operations of the Portuguese Air Transport Company , with responsibilities in the TAP Flight Safety Committee
