Back ground- Belongs to a business family with a passion for social service. Has been instrumental as the Director of Rakshak Group in imparting skill and livelihood training to rural women in West Bengal and has ensured their placement in diverse sectors such as security services, food processing units, hospitality sectors and other organizations.
➢ Works towards humanity as the Managing Trustee of Rakshak Foundation and has categorized her work under five pillars, namely Vatavaran Rakshak, Jeevika Rakshak, Swastha Rakshak, Shakti Rakshak and Srishti Rakshak.

In association with Directorate of Correctional Services, Government of West Bengal, providing and facilitating skill development, that engages them with creativity and scaling up the skill which will help them to get back to the mainstream with livelihood opportunity after their tenure in correctional home.
