Cathy Selene Kay is the Co-founder & Co-owner of in8Earth, a Collective Wellness Enterprise
dedicated to helping Plants, Animals & People live healthier, happier lives. Having a multifaceted background across the Healing Arts, Performing Arts and Natural Technologies, she is also the Creative Director for all in8Earth branches including in8Water, in8Bliss and in8Silver.

In the Healing Arts, Cathy has 18 years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Spiritual Counselor mentored by the renown “Hypnotist’s Hypnotist”, Dr. Shelley Stockwell-Nicholas. Cathy is also a Reiki Master and a founding/charter member of the International Hypnosis Federation. Additionally she’s earned 500 hr-level in Advanced Yoga Therapy Rx (Loyola Marymount University), Hatha Yoga and Street Yoga for homeless and underserved youth.

In the Performing Arts, Cathy is a longtime Union Actor with principle roles in numerous national and international commercials, film and stage. Focused as a teen, she competed and won the International Modeling & Talent Association “Talent of the Year” award in New York City. With a passion for the Arts and a growing desire to be of service, Cathy began by mentoring Artists as a Modeling & Acting Instructor at a legendary Performing Arts Academy for 10 years. She was also among the last and youngest to be certified as a Professional Stage Hypnotist by the late great master of hypnotism, Dr. Ormond McGill, the “Dean of American Hypnotists”.

After formal study of Holistic Nutrition, Cathy joined the corporate world as a Regional Business Director for an International Weight & Lifestyle Management company. She successfully restructured all under-performing Sales & Consulting teams throughout the market, and personally counseled thousands of clients across diverse demographics in mind-body health transformation.

In 2012 Cathy opened both a commercial and a private Yoga Therapy Studio called In8Bliss after establishing her private Hypnosis & Healing practice since 2000.
