Caroline is a Mother, Board adviser, Advocate for women ,entrepreneur, charity worker ,Mentor, Counsellor, Event organiser and Radio Personality. She also holds a Joint Honours degree in Human Resources Management with Management and a Master’s degree in the same discipline.
Caroline is the founder of Ladies of All Nations International also known as LOANI.
Ladies of All Nations International also known as Loani is a supportive and friendly not for profit organisation involving ladies from all backgrounds, cultures and nationalities. It focuses on Women empowerment, fashion, young talent, dance and entertainment. LOANI is the brainchild of a Caroline whos passion and vision was to bring different nations together under one banner of the human race. Her vision was to create a platform whereby women can celebrate womanhood, create new ideas, solve problems, motivate and develop.
With the purpose of uniting people from various backgrounds and nationalities and create a supportive platform to connect , learn other cultures, get Career advice , be inspired and make new connections with like minded
People across the Globe and also raise awareness regarding health and wellness.
Caroline brought together 30 Ambassadors from different nationalities,backgrounds, countries and cultures each excelled in their own area of expertise including, doctors, Scientists community Leaders, inspirational women who are impacting their nation , scientists,models , young inspiring girls , Advocates to join forces and make a difference to the world. Each one individually is a huge asset with the help they give and each one in turn joins together to unite to become one voice.
as well as impacting the world from all backgrounds across the globe working hand in hand in different workshops and projects this will help us to solve the world greatest challenges.
LOANI is also dedicated to helping vulnerable people from different nationalities, backgrounds from all walks of life who have faced various challenges in their lives. It may be suffering with any terminal illnesses or those who are troubled but do not have moral, emotional and economic support. Problems can be such as domestic violence, going through divorce, depression, miscarriage, family crisis, suicidal, body harm, disability, Health issues, Homelessness, bereavement and many other challenges.
Caroline also regularly participates in her local community, Supported different charities,
assisting vulnerable people, empowering and giving confidence, reducing homelessness and domestic abuse amongst vulnerable people and help to organise work shops for vulnerable women.
She is a volunteer at Cancer Cancer African and help to organize charity events to raise cancer awareness and make a difference in Rural Africa
She was also recognised amongst 100 women across the Globe who have made a difference by serving the community with her time, her money & resources working selflessly for different causes from aids to cancer awareness domestic violence & many more
Caroline is also ALL LADIES LEAGUE UK Chairperson for African Diasporas and a member of Women Federation for World Peace.
Her Aim is to Bring Nations Together under one roof, Achieve, Empower, Uplift, Motivate, Energize, and Encourage and validates others to achieve their dreams, constantly improving the lives of people around her by bringing communities together to create a better place and make a difference to the society
