Carey-Lee isn’t afraid to dream big and believes in living a life without limits has a passion for living a purposeful life where personal growth, career advancement and women empowerment are passions of hers.

In 2012, Carey-Lee founded and introduced For Women to Women which grew from being a blog into a digital resources platform and community designed for purpose-driven, career-oriented and entrepreneurial 20-30-something-year-old women, who want to continually elevate themselves both in their personal and professional lives.

Having seen and experienced the benefits of bonding aligning herself with like-minded women, Carey-Lee hopes women will glean from the mission of For Women to Women as she fosters a culture for women to enhance the lives of each other – by exposing women to tools for growth while presenting refreshingly, raw and honest conversations; and shared life experiences and lessons.

She has built an engaging offline community through the execution of social gatherings, Mentor Gatherings and Empowerment Brunch which has featured past speakers, Nicole McLaren-Campbell (Founder of AIM Educational Services), Kelly Tomblin (CEO of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited) and Mariam McIntosh-Robinson (CEO of First Global Bank).

She has been named Women’s Entrepreneur Day, Jamaica Youth Ambassador for 2015 and Women Economic Forum 2017 Advisory Council Member for Driving the Future through Personal Leadership
