Busi Raphekwane

Busi Raphekwane is an Entrepreneur Development Consultant and Business Mentor whose work is aimed at the economic liberation of the under-privileged through the development of sustainable Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME’s).
She has been described as an “entrepreneurship activist”, due to her passion for the development and growth of entrepreneurs. Her work in the entrepreneur development space has seen her receive numerous awards, including the Best Performer in the area of Business Mentorship. Her organization, ‘’The Transformation Legacy’’ aims to be a leader in the development and mentorship of entrepreneurs in the African continent by instilling change and making a lasting impact which will lead to building a legacy of an enriched economy.
Her strategic thinking skills and ability to keep the team focused on the bigger picture has enabled her to achieve high impact results in the various roles that she occupied. As a leader she is known as the ‘’eye of the storm’’ and an effective motivator whose vision and foresight have made it easy for people to buy into.
She holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development from the University of Pretoria and strives to be a thought leader in the area of Entrepreneur Development and a catalyst for social and economic change by giving impetus to the success of SMME’s.
