Bushra Hyder – Pakistan

She is a teacher by profession and have been in the eduction sector for almost 20 years. She is running her own institution for the last 12 years which is providing education up to secondary levels. She have Masters degree in English literature. Besides teaching she is involved in conflict transformation and peace building measures. Her focus is on involvement of women in peace development process and also to develop curriculum which contributes towards peace and reconstruction in fragile and post conflict scenarios. she have attended international courses on conflict transformation and peace development at Nepal, India and Vermont at SIT institute. Her areas of interest are research in post conflict community development and women participation in public policy for enduring peace and community development
