Bianca Hammen

Bianca holds a BA in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Manufacturing Management from the University of Hertfordshire. She is the CEO of AEWN a networking group for women spanning across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She serves as a role model at schools engaging students in STEM and is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
In her role, Bianca is a professional with 18 years of experience in pre- and post-sales ICT functions including bid management and sales, solution architecture and design, ITIL process and integration, service management and outsourcing. Bianca joined AT&T in 2001 and she stepped into her current role of Business Solutions Director in 2013 and is responsible for a $100 million revenue stream. That includes providing the strategy and road map for technology from a telecommunications perspective.
She has exceptional organizational, analytical, goal oriented and interpersonal skills. She has a drive for results and always delivers on commitments. Bianca is passionate about doing what is right for the customer, and striving for win-win solutions based on trust.
Bianca attributes her success to never taking no for an answer, and has a passion for developing female STEM participation.
