Believing in self and our thoughts – the beginning of leadership. What is the right time to start?

Brief description: Serious outcomes (or the lack) of leadership are felt only when the individual arrives at the context – particularly in an active role at a workplace, in an active role in the social setups and in a lead active role at home/family. Limiting the current conversation to the work place and social set-ups, wherever we wish to enhance the status quo to a level that warrants leadership grade intervention, such act subsumes a vision that rises in thoughts. Whoever be the individual who leads the intervention, potentially causing a change, wherever they get prepared – deliberately or inadvertently, is there a right time to initiate the process of leadership? If the right time predates an first hand exposure to the context, are there ways to initiate the process albeit?
