Before starting her own firm, Archna lead HR Department as Director HR for a large ITES brand in Gurgaon with presence in more than 80 Countries, as AVP Operations and HR managing HR teams and departments of almost 20 organisations/start ups and SMEs. She also played leadership roles in many other organizations. She has been actively involved at strategic level in all the organisations to incorporate new and timely changes in systems & processes, talent management and leadership development programs to enhance the overall profitability and productivity.
