The founder of Lighthouse, Sinjini Sengupta is an alumnus of the Indian Statistical Institute and a qualified Actuary. After 12 years of a rigorous corporate career in leading teams and building insurance products, Sengupta swerved her career into becoming an award-winning author, international speaker & columnist. Sengupta has spoken on TEDx multiple times. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest education degree from Toastmasters International. She walked the red carpet on invitation at the 69th Cannes Film Festival where the short-film made out of her award-winning book Elixir was screened in 2016.
