She is Ph.D in Political Doctrines and Women's and Gender Issues, teaches Social Ethics at the University Roma Tre, Department of Education, and History of Women Citizenship and gender policies in Masters and several courses. She is GIO-Gender Interuniversity Observatory founding member and collaborates as expert with UNICA-Network of Universities of European Capitals (Bruxelles); EIGE-European Institute for Gender Equality (Vilnius), Italian Presidency of the Council of the Ministers on Women and Media, Gender Mainstreaming and Empowerment implementation, research on methods, tools and best practices against domestic violence according to Instanbul Convention, Gender Economical and Sustainable policies (UN 17 SDG). She collaborates with Italian Public Administrations including several Ministries, RAI- radio-television public service, Municipality of Rome, professional bodies and trade unions professional training corse for both staff and managers on Women and Gender issues, Gender Economical and sustainable policies, Education to ethical issues for active and responsible citizenship from a gender perspective. She takes part in European projects and partecipates at conferences and seminars at national and international level; she is the author of books, essays and articles.
