Cyrielle Hariel

TV, blogger and Green – Positive Journalist

France

Cyrielle Hariel is an unstoppable force. Though when you meet her you’ll instantly notice her sunshine-y personality, don’t be fooled: this girl possesses the strength of a hurricane. With her lion’s hair and big smile, it seems that, to her, nothing is impossible…and she has been proving it for the past three years!

Cyrielle started as a journalist on the D8 TV channel on a show dedicated to animal protection. But feeling a pull from her entrepreneurial side, she decided to set out to create her own company and blog. She decided to leave for Bangladesh with the French President of Action Against Hunger in May 2014 to write her first article.

It was during that journey that the notion of commitment became a lifestyle for her. In addition to confirming her desire to work in the field and to create positive impact through her work,
this trip also allowed her to detect her heart defect. Operated on in the emergency room a few weeks after her return from Dhaka, Cyrielle became even more engaged in protecting our environment.

The songs “Heal the world,” “Earth Song,” and “Man in the Mirror,” from the famous artist Michael Jackson are the three pillars of her commitment to the humanitarian causes since childhood.

She is a Green & Positive journalist interested in showcasing the positive impact brought by citizens, individuals and entrepreneurs on her blog: www.cyriellehariel.com and for different
mainstream medias. During the COP21, she conducted interviews for the Paris Match website and since January she has been highlighting various changemakers in the Green Magazine Ushuaia on
Ushuaia TV (TF1 group). Humanitarian causes, ecology and sustainable development are her three essentials themes.

During the past year alone she has met and interviewed many positive people like the French farmer and philosopher Pierre Rabhi, Nicolas Hulot, Yann-Arthus Bertrand, Robert Redford, Dr. Jane Goodall, the indigenous chef of the Amazon forest Roani, Captain Paul Watson, the French actress Marion Cotillard, Deepak Chopra, the Buddhist monk Matthieu Ricard, The Dalai-Lama, etc. Heart has become the signature of her pictures, a symbol of commitment, her guests’ actions and of her personal story. #MakeABetterWorld, please explore Cyrielle’s positive blog and together, let’s change the world!
