Ayaz Ahmed Shafi

A wild life and adventure sport enthusiast, Ayaz Shafi is a Learning Facilitator and has been associated with industry and academia for nearly 3 decades. He is the author of “A New Approach to Motivation – Four Drive Model” (Taylor & Francis, International Journal for Human Behaviour in Social Environment). He is currently working on his study “Leadership – Dimensions & Drivers”. Apart from being a T&D Consultant he is an Associate Professor at a B-School in Kolkata. Ayaz is a visiting faculty and Guest Speaker at University of Professional Studies, Accra (Ghana) and University of the West of England (Bristol, U.K.) He is a certified Chally Assessor (Chally’s Worldwide of USA) and has wide ranging experience as an Assessor. He has been involved in the T&D process at Standard Chartered Bank in Zambia, Ghana, Botswana, Nigeria and Sierra Leonne over the last 6 years.
