Angelika Reich

Angelika Reich is a Partner based in McKinsey’s Zurich office. She focuses on the banking industry where her expertise lies within large-scale transformations, restructuring, and culture change. She leads a large scale McKinsey research effort on extracting practical success factors for transformations and developing tools to make implementation more successful. Angelika co-leads the diversity initiative in McKinsey Switzerland and is engaged in a range of gender diversity activities across Europe. Prior to joining McKinsey Angelika worked as a neurocognitive researcher and psychologist. She obtained her PhD in Human Biology and Applied Psychology. She lives with her husband in Zurich and Vienna.
