Tania Castilho

Tania Castilho holds a Degree in Communications Sciences and is a post-graduate Personal Trainer working as a Fitness Instructor for over 25 years. She has been teaching English at Linda’s School in Tomar, Portugal for over 20 years and is also the Head of Communications as well as Director of Creativity and Innovation at the same school, where she develops Collaborative and Philantropic Projects within her Totally English Programme and Human Development Workshops within her Focus School Programme.
She has been working in the Self-Development field since 2005 and is the Manager and Mentor of InPassion Coaching. She writes Self-Development books under the author name of T. C. Aeelah, teaches Consciousness Expansion Workshops, is an inspirational Speaker and facilitates Meditation/Conscious Breath classes and individual Integration of Self Sessions. She has recently received the Award for “Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All” through the Women Economic Forum and is Chairperson for the All Ladies League Chapter in Tomar.

She playfully calls herself a Changeologist which she describes as being “a conscious explorer of the Science of Change”.
