Olivia Joseph-Aluko

Olivia Joseph- Aluko LLB, B.L, MA (law) is a lawyer, grassroots social justice advocate, a transformational agent, human security fellow, facilitator, journal author, and international speaker. She is a law graduate who was born in the United Kingdom and secured her Master’s Degree from the prestigious Queen Mary’s University of London.
Olivia is an inspirational writer and community advocate widely known for her position on community cohesion and peaceful co-existence with migrants using her well researched analysis to debunk negative migration stories. She is a great mentor and respectable community leader that stands for the right of others from justice to gender equality. She has spoken on many platforms at local, national and international level to enhance women’s safety and security, migration and refugee debates including Palace of Westminster, City Hall, United Nations, to mention just a few.

Olivia is the disability officer for her Constituency Labour Party(CLP), a very passionate activist, who has played a very active role in encouraging the integration of the members of the community through dialogue and other proactive engagements.
Olivia is the CEO of REOPASS family navigators Ltd, a not for profit organisation that exists to work with and signpost families that have been separated and divorced .She is likewise the chairperson of Reinvent African Diaspora Network, UK (RADET) an educational initiative that stimulates debate on migration and diaspora studies through roundtable discussions, conferences and training in furtherance of ‘Reinventing Africa’ using the Sustainable development goals principles.
Olivia is a mental aid first aider and also a member of the Board of the Nous organisation UK, a mental health awareness outfit in the UK . She is currently the Vice President of Africa Security Forum responsible for handling all women’s security issues – as a result, she worked tirelessly to improve community understanding of domestic violence issues, and women related security challenges. Olivia has written two books, Africans in the UK, migration, integration and significance; and Globalisation, Human Security and Social inclusion. She is currently working on her next book series.
