Vikash Ramjanam

Vikash Ramjanam is an ever-developing entrepreneurial manager who thrills of making complex business matters and processes simple, clear and structured. His underlying principle as a passionate yoga and meditation practitioner, is that we make the best decisions in a serene environment that breaths professionalism, positivism and trust. As the son and grandson of pioneering business tycoons in Suriname and the Netherlands, entrepreneurship and ambition are in his blood line. His entrepreneurial character was further sharpened by completing a Master of Science in Management course from the leading Dutch business university Nyenrode. His professional character grew during his five-year employment at the Dutch based subsidiary of one of the most innovative global companies 3M, where he achieved significant successes. During his professional career at 3M, Vikash organized several yoga and meditation workshops in the Netherlands for youth groups. He decided in 2011 to follow a training program to become a yoga teacher to get a deeper understanding of the underlying principles of yoga and meditation.
Vikash saw a long-time wish being fulfilled in going back to Suriname to set up a new business department within the more than 50-year-old family business. The International Technical Education Center Suriname N.V. (ITEC) was established in 2012 and became the leading, the most modern and safety technical private school in Suriname. Vikash has been crucial in establishing the foundation for the TCR group as a family business for the next 50 years. His understanding and experience in running a family business led to another business opportunity that he chose to pursue in the Netherlands; joining the 35-year-old real estate and project development business named Erbeva Makelaars B.V. of his father in law as financial manager. In addition to managing the company finances, Vikash is also responsible for converting the existing family business into a lean, efficient, professional and unparalleled real estate business in area of The Hague.
